　　随着社会的发展，生活水平不断提高，我们喝上了自来水，用上了电视机，冰箱，取暖器，电梯等。但生活中我们不断地在浪费资源：打扫卫生的水，浇花的水，洗衣服的水，每天都在浪费。水对于我们有多大的用处，浇灌农田要用水，修建房屋要用水，花草树木需要水，还有人们的生活用水工业用水等，没有水我们就无法生存。然而水在被我们浪费，被污染。如果我们用洗碗的水来浇花，洗衣服的水来打扫卫生，洗手时水开小一点，那我们要节约多少水。电也一样，我们每天每人少开一盏灯、少看一小时的电视，少座一次电梯，我们要节约多少电。当我们站在街上，闻到的是臭气，走在大街上到处是垃圾，抬头看天空灰蒙蒙一片，一辆接一辆的汽车都在排放着尾气，还有人在乱砍伐树木?注意观察，仔细想想，我们的环保意识实在太差了。
